Loosense

It all started in 2014, in Setúbal, Portugal. Pedro Nobre (Drums) and Diogo Costa (Keys), excited by the magic of instrumental environments coming from the classical music all the way up to jazz, started to create music together. With some help of their friends, João Completo (Bass), Diogo Marrafa (Guitar), Rafael Gil (Guitar), Zé Zambujo (Saxophone) and Gonçalo Mahú (Keys), quickly the music evolved and became an wonderful mix of various music styles, starting with a strong rhythm section inspired by the grooves from Funk, Latin, Hip-Hop, extending to the melodies and harmonies of Jazz, Fusion, Soul, R&B, culminating in several improvised moments. Loosense’s music it’s constantly changing and evolving, there’s no boundaries to where it can go, the goal it’s always trying to create something unique and special, it’s a journey, and hopefully a beautiful one.
