Enjoy an intimate and acoustic evening with Marie Wilson at a delightful venue in the Port Phillip Bay suburb of Elwood. Wilson will be talking about 'her story'. The ups, the downs and the events that she experienced during her 20+ year music career. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed and informal format. Story time will be followed by an acoustic performance that the singer songwriter has become renowned for. Dinner & Show tickets available, as well as general admission.

Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the release of Marie Wilson's debut album 'Real Life' on Friday 7th December at the Matthew Flinders Hotel, Chadstone Victoria. Wilson will be performing with her band along with fellow Aussie artists 'Iain Archibald Band'.
‘Next Time’ was one of Australia’s most played songs on Australian radio in 1998, blitzing the Top 40 charts. It earned Marie two ARIA nominations (Best Australian Debut Talent and Best New Artist) and she was named Best New Australian Artist on commercial radio at the 1998 Radio Industry Awards.
It was at a prestigious song writing workshop, organised by music patron Miles Copeland, where Marie connected with Jim Vallance (Bryan Adams) and Mark Hudson (Aerosmith) to pen her hit single ‘Next Time’, the first of three songs the trio would write for her debut album.
Marie has worked with some of rock music’s greats including Bryan Adams, Mark Hudson (Aerosmith) and Desmond Child (Ricky Martin). Leann Rimes recorded one of her songs ‘Review My Kisses’.
Marie’s voice is her strongest instrument; this coupled with her world class song writing and hard hitting acoustic guitar playing has fast earned her the reputation as an enduring talent.
