We got ur SaturDay B4 HaLLoWeeN plans covered. Oct 27 free entry to a freak nasty kostume pwarty at Bocci's CeLLar...Hip Hop DJ OLright aka Dankle J. Watson, plus Art/Psych rock from Oakland, Grex and JUDO NO will be keepin it lit inside, while the The Do-Rights Burlesque will be doin their thing as well as a costume contest in the outside back room starting at 9pm. We at JUDO NO are proud to introduce at this show our new new drummer Emily Studden and proud to present our second album "Tay Kwon Tho," made possible by Lauren Alby and Christopher Gourlay and Osvaldo Vergara ...come get botched at Bocci's and let's get heLLa weeny. grex Biography
Grex is an art rock/experimental music duo based out of Oakland, California. In biological terms, a "grex" is an entity composed of several smaller organisms. Grex (the band) explores the meeting point between surreal songcraft and the dark outer reaches of experimental music. The group has been called an "otherworldly experience" (Eugene Weekly) and "true genre warping music" (KFJC), recalling at turns the ecstatic energy of John Coltrane, the electronic squall of Death Grips, and the lilting indie rock of Mitski.
