Heart of Gold - Celebrating the Music of Neil Young

We have a Great day of music planned for you on Sunday, December 9th, featuring HEART OF GOLD (A Tribute to Neil Young) and DEJA VU (A Musical Retrospective of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young) paying tribute to four of the most iconic artists born out of the Laurel Canyon singer songwriter phenomenon of the early 70’s. There’s no denying Neil Young as music’s most uncompromising rock royalty, he’s an irreverent poet with a rock and roll heart. His music embodies the arc of American experience, challenges authoritative views, defies industry pigeon-holing and continues to have an impact on musicians and fans worldwide. Our matinee show will be focusing on the genius of Neil Young as Tom Sweeney and the Heart of Gold band seek to pay tribute to one of the most respected and prolific rock/folk guitarists of the late 20th century. You’ll hear all the great songs, “Cinnamon Girl”, “Hey, Hey, My, My”, “Down By the River”, “Heart of Gold”, “Old Man”, “Harvest Moon”, “Rockin’ in the Free World” and many other classics from Neil’s vast catalogue. We have a very special offer concerning these 2 shows, if you attend one or the other, the admission price will be $20, however, if you are interested in attending BOTH shows, you will receive a $10 discount meaning your total admission for both shows would be $30 !!!
