CHNNLL is a four-piece indie pop band based in Chicago lead by multi-instrumentalist, Chris Davidson a.k.a. CHNNLL. Chris began his professional music career primarily as a Jazz drummer in New York city. Studying piano and guitar along the way, Chris eventually switched musical gears, traded his drumsticks in for a microphone and was reincarnated as front man, CHNNLL. Inspired by the likes of Radiohead, The Beatles and Nirvana, he's created an edgy style of pop music that is uniquely his own.

After collaborating with drummer and producer Joey Waronker (R.E.M., Atoms for Peace, Beck.) Chris has put together his first full-length album, "The Test", out on September 10th, 2021. You can also hear guitar and synth work from Death Cab for Cutie's, Zac Rae and bass and strings from Gabe Noel (Kendrick Lamar, Harry Styles, Father John Misty).
