The Scattergoods

Harmony & Amaryah's friendship was born out of a shared love of great songwriting. As solo singer-songwriters they began sharing stages around Minneapolis & across the Midwest in 2003.

After relocating to Chicago the two married & started a rock band. We Are the Preamble was raw & beautiful, but the timing was off & the band fizzled out. They grieved the band's demise & a year later the couple began to dream again.

For years, friends had prodded the two to perform as a duo & near the end of 2013 it finally felt right. The Scattergoods released their first single, "Ghost in the Graveyard," on November 1, 2013. They plan to release their debut EP in the summer of 2017.
