The Tafarn at NosDa Hostel is the best place in town to get your Friday nights started off right! (It'll be a great place for some of us older folk to finish our Friday nights too, TBH.) With an emphasis on head-nodding and toe-tapping over shoe-shuffling and shape-throwing, The Warm Up at NosDa Tafarn aims to provide a casual lounge atmosphere that is equal parts conversation friendly and musically satisfying. Some of the sounds you might hear during an evening at The Warm Up include classic soul & funk, jazz, rare grooves, acid jazz, hip-hop instrumentals, downtempo, lounge, reggae & dub, old & new school r&b, neo soul, chill house, and even a little rock'n'roll! Veteran selector and U.S. transplant Deejay Comic will be providing this unique blend of eclectic beats for your listening pleasure as you relax with friends and enjoy the huge selection of Welsh beers, ciders and spirits on offer. Our simple menu is available until 9pm as well, so tuck into some Welsh Rarebit and Vegetarian Chili, or grab a 12" Stone-Baked Pizza and NosDa Nachos to share with your table!
