ArcTanGent Festival is excited to announce the first headliner for 2019, Swedish progressive metal pioneers MESHUGGAH will be one of three headliners & this will be their only UK show of 2019. Having won The Golden Gods Inspiration Award early this year, the band have an exclusive interview with Metal Hammer- "Our first festival headline show in the UK is a big deal. It's something you strive for. We're bringing the most extreme show of our career!" says the band. Read the full interview in the new issue on news stands 13th September. The 3 day festival, set on Fernhill Farm, runs from 15th-17th August 2019.

This was a really well run and fun event! The security personnel were quick and courteous with the check in.
The lockers were conveniently located at the entrance, which made all day access very easy.
The show ran very smoothly with bands starting on time, so there was no down time that I was aware of.
The light and sound for both stages was top-notch! It was so nice to be at a festival where all of the bands sounded and looked great on stage. 🤘
I would like to have had more plant-based food options, but nice there were some available.
It would be nice if water had been available for free. It would be nice if they had a dedicated spot with large containers of water for self service.
I am looking forward to Headbangers Parade ‘25!

Since forming in 1987, the Swedish sound architects known as Meshuggah developed into one of the most technically complex and virtuosic group of players the metal realm has ever encountered, their distinctly unique brand of progressive groove-infused death metal inadvertently launching an entirely new sub genre. Recorded in Sweden’s "Sweetspot Studios“, their ninth full-length album, "Immutable, “ is the follow-up to their highly acclaimed and GRAMMY NOMINATED ALBUM, "The Violent Sleep Of Reason“.
