Taotopia Biography
Created in 2017 by guitarist and compositor Tao Painvin, TAOTOPIA starts in 2018 by giving birth of their debut album NIGHTFALL with the help of their contributors. This one will be qualified as a "extraordinary sonic phenomenon" by Christian Descamps.
The band starts to preform live shows around south of France with a passage at READY FOR PROG festival (called VERY PROG at the time) headlining SONS OF APPOLLO, PERSEFONE and SOUL SECRET. Their live show will be commented as "Huge fightinng big grooves" by Metalorgie.com.
In 2020, they become inspired by the pandemic and they're writing, recording "INNER NOISE" 100% at home, wich will make a first change in their sound.
In 2023, after several years of writing, TAOTOPIA is back with their new album "GLITCH" with a release schedulded in september.
