About this concert
Due to overwhelming demand in recent years, we are bringing back Tenth Intervention (Hajnal Pivnick, violin/Dorian Wallace, piano) for another special screening of the 1922 German Expressionist vampire horror film classic Nosferatu. A masterpiece of German Expressionism, the power and beauty of F.W. Murnau’s unauthorized adaptation of Dracula has not diminished in the slightest almost a century since its original release. Performing an original score, Tenth Intervention resurrects Count Orlock for one night only, on Halloween Eve, at Videology. Dir. F.W. Murnau. 94 min. 1922.
