Opposite Standard

Opposite Standard was born in the heart of Orange County, California, the birthplace of many now famous ska bands. Spontaneously put together by Richard Lynch in April, 2017 with the only intent to play one show. Opposite Standard continues to play, with the mindset that you don't need to stick to one certain genre of music or have orthodox ways of being a band, hence the term "Opposite Standard" while our current genre is heavily inspired by Ska, Punk, Jazz and RnB, we want to have the free ability to play in different ways to deliver to all sides of the musical spectrum.
