Saints of Valory Biography

Formed in 2010, SAINTS OF VALORY is comprised of Gavin Jasper (Vocals), Godfrey James (Guitar) and Stephen Buckle (Keys). In November of that year, the band self-released their debut The Bright Lights, which featured an early version of their track "Providence". The track entered the top 50 at Triple A radio, making the band the only unsigned act to reach the upper tier of the chart. Then, in May 2012, the band released their second EP, Kids, which landed on iTunes' Top Rock Albums Chart in its first week.

After being named one of Billboard's Top Unsigned Artists in 2012, SAINTS OF VALORY announced their signing to Atlantic Records. Their debut EP for Atlantic, Possibilities, included the single "Neon Eyes," which was featured on Billboard, MTV Buzzworthy and radio stations across the country. The band has performed at Coachella, Austin City Limits, Summerfest, Rock in Rio Brazil + USA, and has opened for the Rolling Stones at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Now, with a staunch D.I.Y. ethic, SAINTS OF VALORY is hugely excited to be back with a new album, “Bleeding Rainbows”.

“Bleeding Rainbows” is noticeably different from its predecessors. To push their limits musically and create new experiences, SAINTS OF VALORY travelled and recorded in various locations including; Los Angeles, Orlando, Nashville, New York, Kenya & Austria. The new album is marked by a slight tonal shift that comes with each experience - from the angst and anarchy in, "SET IT ON FIRE", to the feeling of adventure in "TOO CLOSE TO THE SUN" and "ESCAPADES," to the perception of using someone and their love as a drug in “PAINKILLER".

With this album SAINTS OF VALORY casts a wider net, but remains focused on capturing their raw honest emotions - illustrating that, in many ways, the band is just getting started.
