Gabbe Aguilera

My name is Gabriel Aguilera Chilean bassist, my musical career like bass player began later at the age of 21. In Young age at 13 I discovered the music in a Christian church where I grew, singing and playing guitar until an accident in the school that separated me of my passion for a couple of years. In 2000 I Joined the University of Playa Ancha's career in music pedagogy, in 2003 a funk band call me to replace the bassist just one time, after that time I played one year with the band giving more than 20 concerts just in 2003, in 2004 I became a Music teacher and principal of Instrumental Music School of the prestigious “Universidad de Playa Ancha”. The same year I started to study Bass guitar with Marcelo Córdova (endorsed by Markbass Chile) and after him with the great teacher René Moris for one year.
I had recorded, played and Jam in South America and Europe mainly in Chile and Sweden, and also in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Spain, Denmark and Norway.
Currently I live in Sweden where I am working like singer every week in different places Like a singer and Bassist, in different styles like Latin, Jazz, Fusion, Rock and funk, I had also recorded in Sweden Hip hop and Brazilian music.
Deserve Special mention for having played with Gonzalo Palma one of the best pianists in Chile.
