Traditional Celtic music at its best! With fire-driven instrumentals, topical songs, original ballads and a good dose of humour, the variety and range of the material they perform is matched only by their enthusiasm and lively Celtic spirits. See http://pasadenafolkmusicsociety.org/event/tannahill-weavers-celebrate-50th-anniversary for ticketing info, or check back soon for online sales. "The Tannahill Weavers play acoustic instruments, but the atmosphere at their shows is electric. The quartet is as tight and as versatile as any band in the Celtic music revival. They can summon rock 'n' roll intensity or haunting introspection." -The Boston Globe, Boston MA "An especially eloquent mixture of the old and the new." - New York Times

The band was great. The mix was terrible. The bagpipes were too loud in the mix, the guitar was barely heard and the vocals were poorly mixed. The sound technicians need to be replaced.

Amazing performance...one of the best "Celtic" shows I've ever attended! Roy & co. were in rare form.
