Dominic Balli

Judging by his definitive optimism and intoxicating music, you’d never guess that Dominic Balli was once a hopelessly tone-deaf teenager. Balli has been on the receiving end of both heartbreak and healing, and every emotion attached comes through in each one of his Cali-Rock-Reggae offerings. When asked about his musical roots, Balli says, “For me, I know music is a gift. I did nothing to earn it. I grew up my whole life being the kid who should’ve chosen any path other than music. But that’s the economy of God, right? He uses the foolish things to confound the wise. The broken things to make something beautiful. It’s a gift of God’s grace. I just want to be a good steward of the gift.” And a good steward he is, whether in the studio or on stage, it is undeniable that Balli humbly and boldly wields the gift to the benefit of every listener.
