Silver Twins Biography
Mexico City- export Alex Marin moved to Los Angeles at the end of 2016 after years of living in London, UK.
Armed with a guitar and a hard-to-place accent, Marin fell in quickly, forming bands with various configurations of new friends to play his notebook’s-worth of songs, under the name Silver Twins. One of those friends, Will Gardner, seemed to always be in the rotation, holding things down on bass. One online ad later, and It was love at first sight with drummer Grant VanAmburgh, a recent transplant from Austin, Texas and with the kind of chops that make him the perfect fit behind the kit. VanAmburgh officially joined the Silver Twins at the beginning of 2018, just in time for the ramp up to the band's first release. With lead single, “Bruce Lee” .
