Great Northern String Band

Presented in partnership by the City of Defiance & DCCC. Great Northern String Band presents a unique acoustic tribute to the Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia Band. Combining violin, mandolin, upright bass, acoustic guitars, vocals, and various percussion instruments, this eight piece group provides an uplifting musical experience across the genres. The Dayton, Ohio band includes Defiance native Khrys Blank. Event is free and open to the public.
