Lauryn Macfarlane Biography
Lauryn Macfarlane is an up and coming Alt-Country singer/songwriter based in Peterborough Ont. With a unique mix of Old Country, Folk and Indie influences, Lauryn is known for her honest song writing and unpredictable melodies. Lauryn has been working hard on her upcoming debut album with 20 year veteran of the recording industry, Damon de Szegheo at Oak Recording Studio in Toronto.
A few notable gigs include:
• Ottawa Bluesfest (2016)
• Private Slaight Music Event (Fall 2017)
• "Mic’d Up” session with Tim Deegan (Release date TBA)
• Canadian Music Week (2018, Pearson Airport and Rivoli)
As well as many pub gigs in and around the Kawartha Lakes/Durham Region throughout the years. She is phenomenal with a guitar and has a voice that captures the ears of all ages.
