Chasing Lovely

Hi, we're Chloe and Taylor. We're sisters who live in Atlanta, GA, and spend most of our days with a guitar in hand. When we're not harmonizing or touring in our tiny '08 Hyundai Accent, we're probably stalking Theo Bonaparte on Instagram, laughing at poop jokes, dreaming of one day owning a self-sustaining EarthShip home in Hawaii, or making homemade bread and soymilk and trying to live a #zerowastelife. But all you really need to know is: we're a folk/rock/pop/soul duo (with obvious genre commitment issues), otherwise known as Chasing Lovely.

We grew up in the frozen tundra of Minneapolis, MN, and have been nearly inseparable since birth. Chloe has always had a knack for singing and playing just about any instrument she picks up, while Taylor is a word-nerd whose melodramatic tendencies make for good lyrics.

We firmly believe there are few problems freshly baked cookies can't solve. We also believe in promoting understanding, provoking critical thinking, changing your mind and working towards positive change. We are driven by a deep curiosity for the world around us and the people in it. Our songs are a reflection of the strangely wonderful (and at times, equally tragic) human experience and our attempt to understand it all. Whatever "it" is.
