The Heartwreckers are a great Tom Petty cover band. This is the first time I have seen them. The musicians are excellent. The song selection was perfect - you want to hear loud, rocking songs in a bar on a Friday night. I will definitely see them again.
This was also the first time I have been to Madcats. It is a very good neighborhood bar and a great place to see live music. The people who work there were very friendly and efficient. It was crowded and they did a great job serving everyone drinks. They had an excellent selection of beer, wine, and alcohol and the price for drinks was very fair.
The cover was only $10, which is a great deal for excellent live music.

Kofi is a phenomenal drummer and a great story teller also . I wish he would come to the south suburbs i would see him again!
