PMK (Plattform mobile Kulturinitiativen) is an independent cultural centre located under the historic viaduct arches in Innsbruck. It operates as a collective platform for more than 30 non-profit cultural initiatives, hosting a dense and diverse programme shaped by the local scene. Rather than a single curator, p.m.k. is driven by its member collectives, resulting in a broad spectrum of concerts, club nights, film screenings, talks and interdisciplinary formats.

The venue is known for underground and alternative music, from punk, metal and experimental electronics to reggae, club culture and hybrid live formats. PMK places strong emphasis on inclusivity with clear house rules and an explicit anti-discrimination stance. It is a key hub for independent culture in Western Austria, connecting local communities with international artists and touring acts.
