ABSOLUTE BLAST! I went to the weatherford show last tour, and i enjoyed every minute, and just when i thought it couldn't get any better.. IT DID!! The opening act was amazing, and Jake and Shelby did a great job. Honestly, I never heard of them before this concert, but i absolutely love their music now. They played some unreleased songs for us that i need to come out NOW! they were 🔥, i got actual chill. But Stephen brought the heat! Both literally (since he played "The Heat") and figuratively (because he went all out), the sound quality was better than last year. the stage, my shirt, and even my forehead at specific songs were shaking from the bass. The guitar was lit and perfect. The drums were on point! And good lord Stephen's vocals were crazy as always. He played all of the songs i was hoping for and surprised me with several that i didn't think he was going to play. He was very nice and did some great crowd work, which made it 10 times better. He gave some meaning and insight behind some of the songs that were new, telling us how, when, and why he wrote them. He gave us a new look at a few of the older songs with a new twist. It was mainly just the chorus for those, but goodness GRACIOUS do i need them to get released as variant covers. Another thing that got even better than last year and left me completely speechless and in awe was the incredible light show they had with the stage. It blew me away and made the performance that much more impactful. The concert was perfect, just perfect 👌. After the concert was good as well, Stephen made an appearance off of the stage and met all of the people that wanted to see him, i got to talk with him for a moment before getting a picture, i got complimented for my "vintage" divided frame of mind shirt. It was an absolute blast, i also got to meet Jake and Shelby, who were at their merch booth waiting to great anyone that came by. It was an absolute experience! Also, on a side note, Stephen's dad, brandon, was there. He is a pastor from Georgia who talked on stage for about 5-10 minutes on stage between acts announing the Companion charity they were partnering with, a free book he wrote that he was giving out, (i got signed when i met him) and he gave a quick sermon and talked about how stanley got here, it was a great introduction before stanley got on stage, at which i got talk more about because it was AMAZING, but i need to end this review. 20/10 would recommend.
TLDR: It was great, absolute blast. It feels like a high grade big concert, which will still be a somewhat small one that allows stanley to have a small unique connection. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WITH CAUTION, it will spoil your ears and eyes. You won't hear the music the same afterward.
I flew across the country for this show and it was everything I wanted it to be. I would absolutely do it again and hope to catch another show in the future.
Great energy, loved that you guys had David Simonich (SOTS) come on during a song too. This was my first time to see you guys as a headliner and it was worth it! I would still love to see ONE Darko song live... I'm sure David and Stephen would be happy to lend a hand🙏😀🤘
As always, loved the show and energy! Appreciate the Buc'ees Texas shirt and glad David came on with Chelsea for a song!
Great fucking show. All the bands killed it, wish it could've been at a bigger venue though. Besides that great fucking experience
These guys, holy fuck these guys give a hell of a performance. I've been wanting to see them for awhile, finally seized the opportunity. I can't explain the level of musicianship they bring, you just have to see their show
It was so packed, but it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a concert in my life
It is always a great time with with my extended Josey Scott family!! Jasospicassos love and support them!! Do Work!!
This was my third time to see Josey and his boys since his comeback to the music scene.
I seen them on either the second or third spot on the comeback tour. They band as a whole has come together and it shows on and off the stage!! I have been fortunate enough to spend some time with the guys over the past year and consider them my extended family!! Do yourself a favor and go check out Josey and his band live!! I also recommend the Meet and Greets they offer!!
Do Work!!
Absolutely LOVED this one. It was my birthday and I got a pic with Emma <3 :)
DROPOUT KINGS WERE AMAZING! ENERGY 5 STAR. CROWD SUCKED. BUT THEY KEPT THE ENERGY ALIVE! DEFINITELY WATCHING THEM AGAIN. BOTH VOCALIST ARE SO FUCKING NICE AND HUMBLE AF. NEW ALBUM IS AMAZING. DONT SLEEP ON THEM
Great show other than the parents that brought their 6 year olds and killed the energy with them running around
Great! Had not seen them since 1997. They sound exactly the same and the sound in the club was perfect for them. Long live D.R.I. !
I was there with my wife and two other great friends....Texas hippie comalision started playing and my wife went crazy lol...loved it..spectacular line up.
The show was amazing as always!!! All the supporting bands were awesome as well!!! Mushroomhead shows are my favorite shows to go see. The venue sucked!!! But still a great show
Great show the venue was the only down side to it. Other then that it’s was awesome as always.
Mushroomhead never ceases to amaze. Kissing Candace and Psychostick were fucking awesome! Not a big fan of the venue but the show was still amazing!
Night Demon rules! They brought it hard. Rail club sucks. They did a horrible job promoting. Maybe 30 attended. So sad.
Saints Can Lie killed it again!! All the other bands were great too. Unfortunately I had to leave right before Oh, Sleeper. But I still had a blast!
