This was my first concert ever and It was fucking amazing! I had so much fun and the people there were very nice. Absolutely beautiful set lists and performances, I loved seeing corrosion of conformity, Alice cooper, and Judas preist, truly one of the most prefect trifecta of artists you could see live. As always Alice never fails to put on a show, my dad used to show me videos of the live performances and trust me video cant even come close to truly capture how much of a fucking masterpiece the performance is in person. It was amazing getting to see him do the guillotine, the dancing, intro, exit, and i loved every second of it. I’m so glad I got to see these absolute legends perform in person, and hope to go see them again! ❤️

Absolutely beautiful set lists and performances, I loved seeing corrosion of conformity, Alice cooper, and Judas preist, truly one of the most prefect trifecta of artists you could see live. The Ozzy tribute was ethereal, the chanting, the hands in the air when war pigs started playing, i just know Ozzy would’ve loved it. I’m so glad I got to see these absolute legends perform in person, and hope to go see them again! 🙏❤️ RIP Ozzy, the prince of darkness, forever in our hearts.
Overall a very good show. Halestorm, one of the opening bands, was excellent. Lzzy Hale was in fine voice, and the songs they played from their new album were very good.
Volbeat was also very good. Micheal Paulson, the lead singer, had a horse voice by his own admission. But he soldered on, and actually sang really well. Personally, I think the band sounded better when they had its old guitarist, Rob Caggiano. Fleming Lund, their new guitarist is technically sound, but it just sounded better with Caggiano, imho.
My daughter was celebrating her 18th birthday that evening and it was the most incredible night of our lives with Ozzy passing the mountain of emotions was overwhelming. When they played Planet Caravan it was absolutely incredible.
My daughter and I were able to relax for just a moment because early that day I had to sign off on my Father's hospice papers it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do.
i've always wanted to see him, so when i clicked on the shows ad yesterday and saw there were some cheap seats still available, bought that ticket immediately. I enjoyed every song they played. my only quibble would be I was hoping for a little longer of a concert. it was pretty much an hour and a half. if he comes to Cincinnati again, i'll be going.
Amazing night. Setlist was (at least the songs I can remember): jump, shut up, welcome to my life, I’m just a kid, what’s new scooby doo, I’d do anything, perfect, addicted. They went on after we the kings opened, and before Avril Lavigne played her set. They brought serious energy to the show and played a fantastic set. I would absolutely see them live again.
It was sooo good. The openers Willow Avalon, she killed it. Bakar, killed it. Don't even get me started on Young the Giant, I was in awe the entire time. They sounded so fire in person. Last but certainly not least: Cage the Elephant, hands down best concert/ performance ever, EVER. He sang Cigarette Daydream, I felt like I was in a daydream because it felt so surreal. Like all I could think was, "Is this really happening?" I'm experiencing this concert and band for the first time in my life. It was the best time I've had in a long time. So thank you @CageTheElephant .
Near perfection. Marilyn Manson is the definition of a comeback. We are getting 2000 Manson in 2024. They sounded incredible. Only a couple times the guitars weren’t loud enough during solos. Otherwise, 5-stars. Unrelated, the venue was atrocious. Every employee contradicted others, and they seemed to have thrown everything together the day before. It was a joke. Extremely frustrating. They nearly completely ruined my experience from their utter incompetence. I will NEVER go to another event at this venue.
It was the best on the last 5 years not its great everytime I saw Santana 2 times in 2023. The highlight for me is how gracious Cindy was giving me an autographed drum head. Carlos played Europa I cried the entire song. I'm 62 been listening since I was a kid like maybe 9 or 10 years old. Peace and love and Europa to the world. Kathi
Hello everyone. The concert venue with regards to music is GREAT. Hootie & the Blowfish played wonderfully and sounded amazing all night. This is our 2nd concert we've attended at Riverbend Music Center. This time we felt like splurging and opted for a VIP seat package, which turned out to be sorely disappointing. The seat location and concert viewing were both GREAT. The problem we had was the utter lack of edible food choices. Hotdogs, pretzel bites, and nachos? Really? The bartenders in the VIP section were very nice and the restrooms very clean, but come on....up the game a bit on the food, especially if we are forking out a premium for the VIP section. It was a huge disappointment. For those looking into this option here, even the VIP parking was sort of a joke. Next time we'll eat in town someplace decent and just come for drinks and a great show, which Hootie & the Blowfish definitely put on.
Concert was AWESOME!!! Opening Bands were spectacular as well!
Don’t waste your money on the nickleback vip pass thought. High time VIP Lounge Experience was an absolute disappointment and a farce. Ghetto as hell. People running it should be FIRED!!!
But we did not let that ruin our night or use it to judge the actual concert. Concert was awesome. Just avoid the High time VIP Lounge Experience and you will be more than happy
Best night ever! They sounded and looked amazing! The vibes were fantastic, and everyone I met was so lovely. I brought my mom and my dad with me (he had never heard any of their music). He said it was refreshing to see such a talented group that all sang and played instruments and not just pranced around the stage all night. I’m hoping I can take him with me to see them again!
The show was spectacular! I brought my daughter, who has been a fan for about 12 years, and she loves BTR! This was our 2nd time seeing them and they are just great! The only problems were one of the openers was sick so I assumed they had to rearrange things so out of the first 2 hours, we only had about 30 min of music and after BTR hit the stage, there was a woman behind us that was very rude to my daughter because of the signs she made. She told my daughter, ' You should put it down because the guys can't see it anyway'. We gave the signs to a security guard after the show to give the guys so hopefully they got them. We would still come back to see BTR regardless of the ruse people.
I have waited 5 years since the last time they toured in Cincinnati , Ohio. My son at the time was 6 years old. He had been singing “demons” since he was 4 years old, he has been a fan ever since. They put on an amazing show with a meaningful message. We Truly loved it! Made me a very happy momma to see him enjoy it!
It's not on The Head and the Heart. They put on a stellar show. The sound quality at River Bend isn't up to snuff. As the show wore on I realized that I couldn't hear the guitar or piano in any of their pieces. Kind of a shame because both of those guys are excellent musicians. As far as the show itself, I was glad to be there.
Awesome show. Korn had a ton of energy, especially with it being such a hot night. Alice in Chains were great. Sang a bunch of classic songs and their new stuff is good. Even with the singer that replaced Lane Staley, they still sound like Alice in Chains. Under oath was okay but Fever 333 really rocked it. Lots of energy and intensity. I will have to look up their stuff.
Allen Stone has a few new fans! Great choice for an opener. The goo goo dolls played a full set, the sound quality at the amphitheater was AMAZING! We had never seen Train live before, and really enjoyed them. Their stage presence is awesome. It was a great show. Sadly probably the last time I’ll see the GGD for a while, as I just checked prices for the miracle pill tour and there aren’t any affordable tickets, even in presale. It makes me sad because I’ve always been a huge supporter, have been to seven shows and bought several VIP and meet and greets, but this time I was excited they would be so close to home in Peoria IL and just wanted affordable seated tickets so I could take the whole family but it is not possible at these prices. Every seat is VIP price (without the meet & greet)
I've seen Alice probably several dozen times (I've lost count), and it's always a blast. He and the band always put on a top notch show. The new set is really wild, and the new set list is fun, too. I got to hear some things that haven't been done live for years, if at all. I did the VIP thing this show, which is cool, tho I'm curious to look up my photos from it. Alice and I were so busy talking about a previous band that I have no idea if I was even looking at the camera. I was a bit disappointed we didn't get the stage tour this time, like last year. But with 2 other
bands playing before him, it made sense.
I probably won't make it to another show this tour, but the 2 I did see were a blast. Anyone who hasn't seen him live -- do it! You won't be disappointed. He's still a consummate showman, and the band is great.
This event was just as expected it would be...AWESOME!! The venue was clean, safe and good. However, with temperatures in the upper 90’s and humidity very high. The venue needs to install fans inside the pavilion areas. I myself felt very sick a few times because I almost became dehydrated. Also when temps are that high the venue should provide more free water areas to meet basic human needs. Besides that anyone going to a Breaking Benjamin, Five Finger Death Punch show will not be disappointed.
All in all a great show. Ian Gillan struggled a bit. Seemed to be under the weather. My only complaint, too many memories and not enough new material. Steve Morse and Don Airey are too talented not to showcase, and neither is at their best attempting to cover Richie Blackmore and Jon Lord. Ian Paice remains one on the finest drummers of all time.
