A month after the small (I think there must have been about twice as many people in the audience as in Warsaw ;-)) but great gig at KNUST in Hamburg, I am still inspired by the evening with George, Amy, Emma and their extended stage family who not only support them musically. Like probably many others, I only knew them as ‘that band with the Geronimo song’ (which for me and many people I know is somehow also linked to Germany's successful 2014 World Cup summer). I rarely go to concerts (and I'm also someone who grew up with CDs), but experiencing this great song live was reason enough for me to be there on 9 April. And what I had missed all those years before! The songs from the album ‘Kaleidoscope Eyes’ in particular have stayed with me ever since as catchy tunes - and I'm so glad that so many of them were played on that memorable evening in Hamburg. Now you've changed continents again and I'll have to make do with the great YouTube recordings of the Brisbane concert from a few years ago as a substitute. I wish you all the best for your upcoming US tour and always the huge enthusiasm in the audience that you deserve! Until then, I'll remain a big fan and hope that it won't be so many years before I can see you live again in Hamburg! Dominik

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. The band had energy, Alexia (the singer) interacted lots with the crowd, the atmosphere was fun, they played lots of songs for us, it was amazing.

Viel Drama, viel Rampensau, große Show: ein tolles Erlebnis, J. Bernardt im kuscheligen Knust zu hören. Sehr spielfreudige Band. Es tat den Stücken gut, mit mehr Druck und an manchen Stellen auch Rotz gespielt zu werden. Da gehe ich wieder hin!

Brilliant musicianship, true musical innovations, a super-tight band that shines with the ability of blending soul, gospel, funk and punk to a unique sound. Awesome, and with some very inspired moments, especially in the more quiet and moody moments of the evening. But: around 80% of the evening were much too loud and undynamic front of house. I can’t know if this is intended by MonoNeon himself, or if it is the unholy dumb- and deafness of a house engineer. The grounds were shaking most of the times by the octaver-boosted bass of the master himself, and to my understanding it would be the job of the front of house guy to shape a balanced sound. Which was not the case. Conclusion: the inability to properly use the mighty instruments of today’s sound engineering ruins a perfect musical performance. Go back to school, sound guys!

One of the best gigs over quite some time. The energy, atmosphere, connecting with the audience - loved it all. I made it all the way from Lithuania to see the show. Definitely would do it again, and again... until, hopefully, you will come to LT.

Great artist, great music! On a long-term at some point it’s getting a bit boring, well not boring, but show could have a little bit more energy. Which is not easy when most of the tracks are slower. Anyway, all in all a great concert with an amazing singer.

Killer. Loads of energy. Bodies on bodes. Pit was lively. Sounded better live than on their albums and that's impressive because they are great in the studio.

It was an epic experience! I never had so much fun at a show. The only downside was I wished it was longer. I love the band!!

Wer die Slackers einmal live gesehen, besser erlebt hat, wird's nicht vergessen! So eine Spielfreude auf der Bühne ist einfach unvergleichlich, durch die Bank weg. Jeder einzelne von den Jungs ist klasse, sie singen und spielen sich immer wieder in die Herzen des bunt gemischten Publikums und bringen selbst müde Beine in Bewegung. Das Knust ist eine gut passende Location, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind mit breitem Lächeln nach Hause gefahren!

Was für ein Konzert 🖤 ich kann es noch kaum in Worte fassen wie toll es war . Die Menge war sehr zahm es wurde nicht bis wenig gedrückt. EtF waren super auf der Bühne man hat wirklich gemerkt wie gerne sie dort stehen und wie viel es ihnen bedeutet. Sie waren super lieb auch das Meet and greet war mega. Man konnte Fotos machen kurz mit den Bandmembern reden, es war einfach nur überwältigend meine Lieblings Emo Band 🖤. Ich wünsche mir ein baldiges Wiedersehen und das ich nicht so lange auf das nächste Konzert warten muss .

Set it off group was amazing and super funny as well. The sound was good as well and the place was selling beer too if anyone wanted to get some.

Concert was fantastic guys. Both the mods and Godsleep played great music. Bought the LP ("Repeated Exposure To..."), top stuff. Really recommended, definitely worth a visit if they play live in your town

Die Show war einfach nur großartig. Die vier rockten das Haus und das Publikum wurde- bis in die letzte Reihe mitgerissen. Die Jungs haben echt alles gegeben. Auch bei dem MeetandGreat danach haben sich alle (auch der tourmanager) Zeit für jeden gelassen, unterschrieben was das Zeug hält und ihren britischen Charme versprüht. Das KNUST selbst ist eine Klasse lokation mit super freundlichem Personal. Tontechnisch war es super abgemischt, klarer Sound so wie er sein sollte wichtig: es war nicht übermäßig laut, was leider sehr selten ist. Alles in allem ein super Abend mit einer absolut genialen Band. 🎶🎶

Great show! Really fun to dance and sing along to the songs. Cloudy june has a great voice and sounds even better live. Definitely recommend going to her show.

In my opinion it was a great concert. I've waited since 2016 to go on a counterfeit concert and it finally happened! I was a little bit sad because nobody knew that they were going to play only the new unrealised album.. I really wanted to sing along to all my favourite songs.. But it was still REALLY good. Little bit short but really good. I found some new favourite songs and i love counterfeit even more now! Jamie even came into the crowd(i think two times). I know that he is always doing that but i waited so long for that moment.. At the first time i couldn't even see him and i already cried, but then my dad dragged me into the middle of the crowd and i was SO happy because jamie came a second time into the crowd.. He went through the crowd.. And then he stopped in front of me. I cried so much because he was singing a part of „It gets better" to me. I always dreamed of that moment and i never thought that it could really happen.. Thanks for the amazing night, boys💖🦋 There is hope for us💖🦋

Great concert. Those guys are a top live band. They really rocked the place and gave the crown some brilliant fuzzy riffs to remember. Hope to see you soon again in Hamburg guys! Keep rocking!

One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. Strong connection between the audience and Ryan and Dallon. They interacted with the crowd a lot, the setlist was great, people were nice, incredible atmosphere, amazing venue. We danced, sang, screamed and laughed a lot. This show was everything I hoped it would be and more, I’m so glad I went.

Took my grandughter to see the lovely Dallon and Ryan at Knust . Travelled from manchester UK. 5th time now we have seen them and never fail to excel. Cant wait for Leeds Festival

Great concert with a good performance of the band. They righteously attract bigger audiences every time. At the end as always a hypnotic rock dance event I'll be there next time around again!

Megashow. Endlich sind die Jungs wieder Sie selbst. Vor einigen Jahren spielten sie ja - mit Anzügen - nur das neue Album. Das war echt hart. :-)
