Frankie & The Deadbeats

Frankie & The Deadbeats will celebrate the release of their third studio album, *Sometimes Drunk, Always Fucked Up*. The new record arrives after three years and will once again be released on the Pushteek label. The evening’s special guest will be Matt Charette, a prominent figure on Boston’s DIY scene whose music blends punk roots with Americana and country. His songs are raw, personal, and inspired by his own experiences and the lives unfolding around him. This time, he’ll also be coming to Europe with his band, The Truer Sound, for the very first time. DJ Kuda will be behind the decks throughout the evening. While touring with bands, he made a habit of digging through every record store he came across, gradually building a collection full of musical discoveries. His sets bring together rocksteady, soul, and music from the Middle East.
