Künstlerbiografie
“Who says that jazz can only be complex and pop only light?”
The live band from Berlin wraps multi-layered sounds in a velvety-soft pop garment. Like an elegant evening gown that nestles around the band's groove.
Their voices tell stories of the beauty and complexity of the human emotional world whilst in constant dialogue with the eloquent saxophone. Accompanied by airy arrangements that always leave room for improvisation. The band presents its audience with original compositions and soulful interpretations of well-known songs.
The band's singers have performed on stage with the likes of Kat Frankie, Zoe Wees, Bosse and Sarah Connor.
Montigo Rim is an expression of the musical passion for soul and jazz that drives the seven versatile musicians alongside their professional music careers.
Convincing, captivating - instantly!
