Wolf Jett brings their all-original songs to the stage Mendocino Grove's Fall Fest '26, infusing folk, soul and Americana into “Psychedelic Southern Rock.” Co-founded by two life-long friends and musical partners, Wolf Jett combines the southern-fried vocals and guitar of Tennessee-born frontman Chris Jones with Jon Payne’s endlessly groovy drums, along with Duncan Shipton (bass), Allyson Cloud (vocals), Rory Cloud (guitar), and Alex Benjamin (keys/percussion).
The annual Fall Fest at Mendocino Grove brings together regional artists for a weekend of music, food, crafts, and togetherness. As the season shifts, Fall Fest offers creative play with hands-on crafts, the comfort of nourishing food, and the unparalleled joy of live music. Experience the magic of community, music, and light as we celebrate the turning of the seasons and embrace the journey ahead.

Artist bio
The sound of Wolf Jett will make you dance, sing, and possibly even howl! Its roots run deep through the soul and help heal the heaviness of life. Their music is a celebration of perseverance, infusing folk, blues and americana into what can only be described as "Cosmic Mountain Music.” Frontman Chris Jones was born in the south and raised in CA. His songs combine the best of both worlds to create a vibe that is fresh, yet immediately familiar to a broad audience. He is joined by long-time musical collaborator Jon Payne on drums, Duncan Shipton on bass, Will Fourt on dobro/guitar. Often featuring Laura T. Lewis on vocals/percussion and other special guests, to boot.
New Album "Letting Go" is due out April 2nd. Their debut album was picked up by Warner Chappell Music. Follow-up album “Time Will Finally Come" released March 2024, produced by Jonathan Kirchner (Con Brio). They have performed with Bay Area greats California Honeydrops, The Brothers Comatose, AJ Lee & Blue Summit, Midnight North, Marty O’Reilly, T Sisters, Sam Chase, Jason Crosby (Jackson Browne), Stelth Ulvang (the Lumineers), James Deprato (Chuck Prophet), Eric Yates (Hot Buttered Rum), and the Mother Hips. You can hear them online and on local radio stations KPIG and KBCZ in Santa Cruz.
