Malicia DARKWAVE

Immersed in music since the age of 4, starting with the violin, Malicia began playing the synthesizer at the age of 8 and submitted her first composition to Sacem at the age of 10. Armed with a first prize in music theory at 18, she works in the audiovisual sector, notably for Ubisoft and with the composer of the music for Dune Space Opera. His first electronic music album released in 2010 on Believe Digital, and more recently MojoHeadz records. In 2024, she successively signed with SickDance (USA), RT8Media Group [A7rium] (ZA) and Technological Records (IT). In 2025, it is the label GetNaked (IT) and Esoteric (DE) which are seduced.

From May 2021, she mixes for large clubs as well as in underground places, festivals and bars. She plays on French and Belgian radios (Warm FM). In 2022, she will perform on the Tunisian stage. The year 2023 is marked by the release of his EP “Riding a Dune”, then “Serbian Pulsation” from the feature film by Srdjan Spasojevic. She got the opportunity to mix alongside renowned DJs like David Asko and 14Anger during techno evenings, but also for a more conventional atmosphere within Club Med Alpes. In 2024, she will perform in Metz, Colmar, Toulouse and in the Vosges. In 2025, she mixed for the first time in Paris at the Liebe electro bar.

At the crossroads of several musical trends, it is inspired by house, minimal and industrial techno, indie dance and synthwave, and even metal! Fascinated by film and video game music, she likes to define her style as “dark uplifting”. Malicia subtly manipulates dissonances on percussive rhythms of tribal inspiration, all to concoct a bewitching suave cocktail, dark and deep, in an esoteric universe. The music will not pass through your ears or your heart, but directly into your soul.
