Characterized by expressive vocals and powered by their undeniable instrumental prowess, this remarkable duo invites you to join them on a creative journey with no borders or boundaries. A world-class harmonica player and soulful singer who successfully blends virtuosity and sensuality, HOHNER artist Rachelle Plas has been performing since the age of 13. She is closely associated with the Hohner Golden Melody harmonica, which she has played a significant role in promoting through videos, live performances and workshops. Rachelle is an international ambassador for Harmonica UK and recipient of the Rockschool RSL Awards DRSL (HONS) diploma. A former world judo vice champion (2010), she currently also presents shows in collaboration with Hohner entitled "Harmonica with Rachelle PLAS“, specifically aimed at younger audiences. Philippe Hervouët Guitarist Philippe Hervouët is a six-string prodigy with a warm, unique singing voice, a master of his craft. His lyrical melodies come from a place where past, present and future converge in his inner compositional framework. Drawing much of his inspiration from the music of Bretagne, he has developed an original style at the crossroads of pop and Celtic music, writing songs in both French and Breton. His captivating vocals and skillful guitar playing fit perfectly with Rachelle’s harmonica and voice, always in the service of the music. Driven by their shared passion for their musical mission, Plas and Hervouët perform with an energy and conviction which will make their appearance at the World Harmonica Festival 2025 one of the highlights of the event.
