A visionary artist of incomparable gifts, Steve Hackman creates musical experiences that are daring, transformative and boundary-shattering. Conservatory-trained as a composer, conductor and pianist, but in parallel working as a professional producer, songwriter, and DJ, he is redefining the possibilities of art music in the 21st century. He is a regular guest conductor of orchestras worldwide with his signature symphonic fusion programs, including the celebrated Brahms V. Radiohead and Stravinsky V. Kendrick Lamar. He’s also a prolific creator of original music with his project Stereo Hideout, and the architect of hip-hop mixtapes such as West Side X West Side.
