Matt VanFossen Biography
Making music that comes from the heart and touches the soul...that's what Matt VanFossen does best. He is not your average cookie-cutter country artist. He is real, honest, and true to the music he loves. Matt's powerful and heartfelt vocal style coupled with his ability to interact with the audience leave you wanting more long after the show is over.
Growing up in small town Ohio, Matt was no stranger to tough times...but no matter what he was going through, good or bad, music was always there.
Over the past 10 years, Matt has released several EPs, performed for crowds of 80,000, and opened for legendary artists like Brooks and Dunn, Neal McCoy, Lorrie Morgan and more. Through his music, Matt was able to raise more than $30,000 for the National Stroke Association in memory of his mom, Dot Shepherd. Most recently, Matt was able to work with one of his musical idols, Jamie O'Neal, on a duet called "If This Were a Love Song". His latest single "Get Me Now" is set to be released to radio on......
