Join us for a fun evening filled with live music, art and movement in honor of mental health awareness month. The show begins at 6pm with a collaborative art activity led by Art Therapist Deanna Barton featuring sounds by Jasmin Rhia The DJ Violinist! Following this experience will be a Stretch & Flow class at 7:15pm hosted by Vinyl and Vinyasa featuring sounds by the one and only Sed The Saint!
