JaimesonRhy Biography

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, JaimesonRhy is a new up and coming Female Country duo made up of Jaimey Hamilton & Rhyley Bremner. With Bremner’s powerhouse vocals and Hamilton angelic harmonies, their voices blend together so effortlessly creating a force to be reckoned with. With influences such as, Gretchen Wilson, The Chicks, and Miranda Lambert, JaimesonRhy bring their own blend of country, pop, and rock to their stage.

Landing a spot on this year's Sunfest Country Music Festival lineup, the two had the rare and unforgettable opportunity to sing with Lee Brice on his song with Carly Pearce “I Hope You’re Happy Now” on the main stage in front of 15,000 people.

On June 21st they released their debut single I’d Rather Go Out Drinkin’ along with the Official Music Video directed by Ian Locke. With an invite to this year's Canadian Music Week, the two made the top 5 finalists for the 2024 Jim Bean National Talent Search landing them a mention in Billboard CANADA.

Since early 2023, the two have been making their way through the local Victoria music scene performing locally on stages like Darcy’s Pub Downtown, The Duke Saloon and many more. The two have a busy month ahead with shows including the BC Lions Tailgate Party held in the Inner Harbour, Esquimalt Ribfest and a monthly spot at Irish Times in Victoria, BC.
