Vanir

Vanir is one of Denmarks most well known and prominent melodic death metal bands and has since the band's inception released seven full lenght albums with their 7th album Epitome.

Vanir startet as folk metal but has changed radically to melodic death metal ind 2015 with Aldar Rök.
The themes of the band's lyrics are found amongst the middleages as well as norse mythology. From the halls of Valhalla to the germanic battle fields with their bloody battles and fierce warriors the band's music has been put together, without compromise, with a fascination with out common origins, and the blood spilled throughout history.
