Garrett Glover Band

Garrett Glover is a Texas Country Singer/Songwriter from Mansfield, Texas. He got his first guitar at the age of 10 from his grandmother and began by taking guitar lessons for a few years. He since has loved picking along with friends and other talented musicians.

Growing up listening to George Jones, Merle Haggard, Chris LeDoux, and George Strait in the truck with his dad, and then Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, Poison, and Bon Jovi in the car with his mom, you can tell the diverse music presence Garrett brings during his performances. He plays all the great dancin' cover songs and includes originals written by Garrett himself.

After winning 92.1’s Hank Jam at the Old Texas Brewing Company in Burleson, Texas in the fall of 2021, he was awarded with studio time at Rough Wood Recording Studio in Weatherford where Garrett recorded his first single “Burnin’ It Down” which is now available on all streaming platforms.

In January of 2022, after a few years of performing acoustic gigs with his now lead guitarist, Austin Seals, Garrett formed his band “Garrett Glover & the Double G Band” and had their debut on July 2nd in Alvarado playing at the M7 Arena Firework Extravaganza that was headlined by country legends Shenandoah.

In January of 2023, Garrett went and recorded his second single produced by Chad Mauldin, which he hopes to release in mid March. Chad worked his magic and had had the drummer from the Curtis Grimes band and fiddle and steel guitar player who toured with the Eagles for many years on the track.

Garrett and the Double G Band are hoping to continue growing, booking gigs at new venues every weekend and are excited and ready for the music road ahead.
