Alberto Stocco

Autodidact young Dj and producer. Generation ’94, of Italian and Greek descent was born and grew up in Luxembourg.
This rich cultural mixture reflects the complexity of his musical taste and thoughts. The range goes from groovy house to the hardest techno drops you may hear around.

Started playing Saturday night mainstream venues organised with friends in 2012. However, the lack of flexibility allowed by this type of event performance-wise takes the upper hand.
The focus then becomes quality of sound, exploring genres and performers widely within the underground world, which turns out to be more constructive and rewarding musically speaking.
In this sense he had the opportunity to work with the national label Lauter Unfug that allowed him to warm up or close for big acts such as: Âme, Christian Smith, Anna, Riva Starr, Oxia or Mihalis Safras. After having the opportunity to perform in pretty much all the local venues he improves his skills by some international gigs. He got the opportunity to spin at the likes of Kosmonaut and Kosmic Kaspar in Berlin; at Finca and Club 27 in Stuttgart and in Southampton at the Junk Club.
This experience brought him into starting his events and record label with a group of friends, called Onis Sound Collective.

Young, dynamic and determined, what he lacks in skills and formal musical education he makes up for in hard work, imagination and creativity. Insistent and annoying, he aims high to shoot straight.
