Late Breakfast presents a night of transportive neoclassical soundscapes by two visionary composers and a new collaboration between two innovative voices in contemporary chamber music. Gregory Allison creates with a single violin a sound that travels across great landscapes. He has toured the world with violin in hand and is endlessly inspired by the instrument’s journey around the globe, especially its use in South Indian Classical music. His live performance blends the Indian Classical melodic improvisation with his classical sensibility as a film composer, offering the listener a sonic journey through time and space. In 2022, Kidd provided the original soundtrack to the film, "My Mind & Me". As a chamber musician, Karolina has worked with groups such as the Ludovico Ensemble, Merge Collective and Summa Piano Trio, having released over 43 recordings of chamber and solo piano music, including 5 piano concertos written specifically for her. Tristan has completed 9 solo albums, each featuring a cast of guest musicians, and also performs in Thoma with Benjamin alongside Benjamin Hill (Cuervo Cuervo).
