BOAT Biography
"Boat" is the name of several rock bands.
(1. The Japanese band BOaT combined various musical styles such as post-rock and punk. After the release of the critically acclaimed record "RORO", they disbanded, with several members going on to form the instrumental progressive hardcore jazz rock group Natsumen.
(2. The American band BOAT began as a basement dream of one D. Crane when he moved back to Seattle from a miserable stint in Chicago. Their latest album is called "Let's Drag Our Feet" and has gotten some praise from various online music sites such as PopMatters and Pitchfork.
