Welcome danger, welcome debauchery and welcome Death. And, please, be at ease. 'Cause Rotterdam's Iguana Death Cult doesn't perceive the three of you as outcasts or misfits. In the hex of their dynamo-like fuzzed-up garage wallop, you belong. Because Iguana Death Cult doesn't play by reality's rules. Their racket is both fierce and hook-heavy, bending the psyche into submission until the scenery warps into something akin to that famous lizard scene in Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas.

Taking cues from this decade's illustrious garage rock boom in the Bay Area, Iguana Death Cult relish and embrace that same workhorse mentality with twisted, reckless abandon. Whereas the San Francisco Bay is a radiant, bustlin' place, Iguana Death Cult imbues the more monochrome aura of Rotterdam's cold misty equivalent into their swirling mayhem.

After releasing cassette Sirens/Seven Tongues (recorded in The Hague's Sahara Sound Studio) on indie label Geertruida last year, Iguana Death Cult has hit the ground running, performing with the likes of together Pangea, Guantanamo Baywatch and The Garden.

Iguana Death Cult is currently in the midst of writing and recording their debut LP, which promises to expand far beyond their well-established proto-punk, surf & garage rock blueprint.
