Living Colour

Violet Rising were surprisingly good. That drummer threw everything at the kit! Living Colour (as usual) Rocked the F'ing house! Biscuit was incredible! Hopefully Will will be able to step back in and rock the house. Vernon, Corey & Doug were great as usual. I was standing right by Vernon's Guitar Tech table. 4 feet away from some of the coolest guitars. I Absolutely Loved the show!

This was a fantastic show. High energy, Corey Glover’s voice was amazing. My only complaint is that they had a 45 minute set. I hope to see them again headlining!

I’ve seen these guys 3 times during their career (1993, sometime in the early 2000s and again last night). They have not lost a step and have truly only gotten better with age! Unbelievable show. So much fun. I loved the way they engaged the audience throughout the show. 4 world class musicians at the top of their game. I have enormous respect for each of them individually as well as the sound they make as a band. I truly hope they keep going for many years to come!

I could not believe how amazing this show was. Vernon has not lost a step on guitar after all these years. The entire experience blew my mind. I caught them in a small club in 2024 where I managed to be in the front row. I don't know how well it translates to bigger venues, but I imagine it would still be worth it.

The Fortitude Music Hall was a very good venue for this great double bill with Extreme. Living Colour put on an exceptional show as usual and I’d not hesitate to see it again. A RRHOF induction is overdue!

It was a dream come true to see Living Colour perform live. They were incredible! Corey Glover has such an amazing and strong voice. It was really moving to hear them sing Nothing Compares 2U. I truly wish they would have headlined so they could have played longer. There were so many more songs I wanted to hear! Thank you for coming to Minneapolis!

Amazing show. Band sounds as good as they did when opening for Rolling Stones on Steel Wheels tour. Only the fact that they are playing Stain set as a 30th anniversary show kept this from being an absolute top 5 show for me as I like that album less than Vivid or Time's Up.

Living Colour still sound GREAT. So glad this lineup has stayed together and kept going. Great vibes between the band and the crowd, great playing, and great sound in the venue. Would have given a fifth star if their set had been a little longer. I'd still recommend them and this tour to anyone. One of my all-time favorites. (And, as Doug Wimbish noted during the set, they are a chance to real "live" music.)

Great show! These men are great musicians and performers. Corey's voice and tone are as good as 30 years ago. Vernon on guitar, Doug on bass, and the incredible Will on drums did not disappoint. Only critique is the set was pretty short.

They are always perfection. Corey Glover’s voice hasn’t aged at all. They are always perfection on stage. I cannot believe we got to see them for $5! We would have paid a lot more and have in the past.

Nice small outside venue with lots of seating choices - picnic tables, lawn chairs, and high tops - plus enough area to bring your own chair or blanket. Good selection of food and drinks. The show was very good. As always, Living Colour rocked it. They were tight and sounded great. They played an excellent selection of songs from their albums Vivid, Time's Up, and Stain.

Halloween is my favorite day of the year! Living Colour on Halloween was perfect for me! They played songs I hadn't heard them do in a long time; the energy was high, and the special guests were awesome!

Awesome show!!! These guys are great musicians and put on a terrific live experience! They are true pioneers of black rock. I have been a fan since the beginning, but it was actually my first time seeing them live and I was not disappointed, it was everything I expected and more. These guys have always been a huge inspiration for me as a black rocker and a musician. And the caviat... got to hang out with them for a bit after the show backstage, these guys are super down to earth and genuine people! I will most definitely be seeing them again next time they're in town, and you should too!!!

It was one of the most unforgettable nights of music I have ever experienced. My expectations were fairly high, I thought; but LC absolutely blew me away. Now, I will admit I had lived most of my life thinking Living Colour = Vivid and had no idea how much music they brought after their smash hit album - nor was I aware of the amazing addition they made when bringing in bassist Doug Wimbish. Phenomenal bass player and a lot of fun to watch with his very expressive style. The show really opened my eyes to the incredible level of musicianship each member maintained.

Absolutely amazing band. 30 years since I last saw them live and they remain as good as they were then. Corey Glover's voice is amazing, Vernon Reid is above and beyond anything that Tom Morello has ever done, Doug Wimbish is the grooviest, funkiest bassist I've ever seen and Will Calhoun hits as hard any any drummer there is. How these guys aren't doing arenas I have no idea. Stunning show, simply stunning.

Excellent, marvelous, amazing, brilliant, moving, incredible... impossible to find a word for this concert. Two hours of Living Colour. A show I will remember all my life. Thanks guys, you ara the best band on earth!!

I️ have to admit familiarity only with “Vivid” so I️ wasn’t familiar with all of what LC played. They seemed tight but maybe a little less than psyched. They were clearly not happy about the crowd shouting song suggestions. Corey’s mics stopped functioning on the 1st song - both the wireless AND the backup wired mic! Not a good start. The sound in the “warehouse” was not great, but got better by the 3rd song but was echo-y and never warm. The crowd was very light. Locals did not think the show was well publicized. Doug’s bass solo was wild, and Will played with some wild electronics during his drum solo. Overall I️ enjoyed seeing them, but hearing them was less than fulfilling. The opening act, Derek Bay, was VERY entertaining! I’ve “followed” him on SoundCloud and Spotify and would see him again.

Phenomenal, just like always. Unfortunately for the band, but fortunately for us, the crowd was pretty sparse, allowing any view you wished for. The sound was excellent also. This is a great place to see a show.

These guys killed it last night. The set was amazing. They all sounded incredible with everything they did. Bass solo, drum solo, tons of guitar shredding, and Corey's amazing voice. First time I finally got to see these Legends and I'll never miss them again.

It was an EXCELLENT CONCERT! They opened with my favorite song, "This Is The Life!" Plus. all their political songs rang true now more than ever, with the Mike Brown, and similar situations. It was a VERY ROCKING, and politically heart-touching, concert. I hope that doesn't turn off those who shy away from political situation, because the music from all of them, even individually, was EXCELLENT!
