Sydney-based metal powerhouse Bare Bones is gearing up to shake the foundations of the heavy music scene once again with their explosive new self-titled EP, out October 27th. To celebrate the release the band is hitting the road for their EP release tour, pulling in to Last Chance Rock and Roll Bar, Saturday Nov 4. Joining them will be Newcastle heavy crew Vilify.This relentless self-titled EP is the band’s first collection of music since their critically acclaimed 2019 LP, "Rival Minds." Since their inception, Bare Bones has delivered two EPs and two full-length records, "Bad Habits" (2017) and "Rival Minds” (2019), with both full-length albums released through iconic Australian label Resist Records. However, the upcoming EP will see the band return to their DIY roots as they take on the role of self-releasing.Lead vocalist, Tom Kennedy, commented on the upcoming release, stating, "This EP is a return to our roots in many ways. We wanted to capture the raw essence of our sound and create something that truly represents who we are as a band.” The 6 track self-titled EP will take listeners on an immersive journey into the depths of heavy music.
