David Sparrow

Americana folk pop. That’s the simplest description of David Sparrow’s music.
It’s a little bit of this and a little bit of that. The bottom line is that he strives to write a memorable melody that you’ll want to hear again and again.

After a fifteen years in Los Angeles, as the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of The Whiskey Saints and Burning Jet Black, Sparrow has been playing in and around the Maryland area since returning to the east coast in early 2019.

His 2019 full length release “Beggars & Choosers” is an ode to his time in Los Angeles, while his recent singles "Now" and “Thoughts & Prayers” are visceral reactions to current events.
