☼ 123 Agency, Bati Spiced Rum, UNIFIED Music Group and Mountain Sounds Presents ☼\nOcean Alley\n+ Special Guests (TBA)\nFriday 5th October @ The Beery, Terrigal (+18)\n///\nOcean Alley continue to take audiences by storm around the country and across the world with their infectious melody lines and memorable blend of psychedelic-surf-rock. Armed with their acclaimed second album Chiaroscuro which debuted at #15 on the ARIA Chart, and was awarded the coveted triple j Feature Album spot, the band has gone on to amass 15 million streams of the album worldwide, along with over 570,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and moving over 7000 units of the album in less than 6 months. It’s a mighty impressive feat for an independent artist.\n \nGoing on to sell 13,000 tickets across 7 sold out shows on their Australian tour in April & May 2018, alongside playing all dates on Groovin The Moo, Ocean Alley have received widespread praise for their mesmerising live performances. Playing the GW McLennan tent at Splendour In The Grass in July, triple j claimed that "Ocean Alley are really, really hard to fault, and their first-ever Splendour set was, accordingly, pretty much faultless”. They went on to say "the tent was probably at 120% capacity, spilling out well beyond the guide-ropes and pushing up against some (understandably frustrated) Splendour market stallholders”. \n \nThe band will return to Europe and the UK in September for a run of headline shows and festivals, their first tour of the regions since their inaugural visit in 2016. They’ll also return to North America in November for a run of dates across the USA and Canada, supporting long-time friend Tash Sultana.\n \nBefore they do though, Ocean Alley will play a handful of headline shows across Australia in October; Part 2 of their Album Tour at home. Venturing into markets they didn’t reach on their tour in April and May, the band will play shows in NSW at Yours & Owls Festival in Wollongong, as well as shows on the Central Coast and the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. I have been dieing to see Ocean Alley live for a very long time.. constantly missing out on tickets for previous shows. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied fan for the performance :) thank u for filling my soul guys!

Ocean Alley Biography
Ocean Alley have captivated audiences around the world with their infectious melody lines and memorable blend of psychedelic-surf-rock.
October 2022 saw the release of the bands fourth album 'Low Altitude Living'. The album showcases why Ocean Alley continue on their unstoppable rise as one of Australia’s most exciting musical exports. As Baden explains, “Low altitude, being by the beach is where we all have the most peace. So naming the album Low Altitude Living made a lot of sense. The title of the album doesn’t necessarily represent any one song in particular, or tie them all together. But it does tie our band to the music. I feel like it’s more of a title that describes why we sound like Ocean Alley.”
Their track 'Confidence' took out top spot in the triple j Hottest 100 of 2018, with their acclaimed second album ‘Chiaroscuro’ certified gold in Australia & New Zealand.
The band have solidified their position as one of Australia's most exciting touring acts, making their mark on the local and international circuit with their consistent touring schedule, selling out countless shows across North America, Europe, UK and New Zealand, as well as playing memorable sets in Australia at Splendour In The Grass, Bluesfest, Falls Festival and the triple j One Night Stand, as well as overseas at Reading & Leeds (UK), BottleRock (USA) and Sziget (HUN).
