Showed up for Mandala and was treated to so much more. SAP opened up the crowd early and punched everyone's ear drums in. Mandala partied hard on stage and even played some new music which is always rad. Shortly transcended upon the stage with big dick energy and wad like an existential acid trip. When Small Talks took the stage the crowd wad rabid with excitement and jumped until the floor boards were dented. Perfect show; awesome venue; cheers.

Shortly Biography
Shortly originated as a solo musical project belonging to Detroit native Alexandria Maniak. With roots in classical piano, years in punk, and an ear in pop, indie-acoustic, hardcore, and garage rock, Maniak’s music is a clash of many years of genre study and influence. The project’s debut EP, “Richmond”, is threaded by vulnerability and consequence, enlightened by circumstance, and curated by honest and earnest reflection.
In just 2 short years, Shortly has toured with The Wonder Years, Mom Jeans, and Chloe Moriondo, shared stages regionally with Mitski, Japanese Breakfast, Title Fight, Phoebe Bridgers, PUP, Foxing, and The Decemberists, and performed at Mo Pop Festival, BLED FEST, and Do Division Street Fest. New music is forthcoming in summer 2019.
