I Punkreas nascono a Parabiago, Milano, nel lontano 1989 e continuano a fare musica a tutto volume fin ad oggi.
La band suona un mix punk rock, hardcore punk e ska/punk.
I testi - rigorosamente in Italiano - presentano la società, la politica e i problemi sociali secondo la prospettiva della band, che non nega mai una certa vena ironica e satirica nel raccontare la realtà che la circonda.
La band è composta da Cippa (voce), Noyse (chitarra), Paletta (basso), Andrew (chitarra) e Gagno (batteria)
