gyuune casetteより1st Album「いつも通りの世界の終わり」、2ndAlbum「俯瞰せよ、月曜日」、P-VINE RECORDSより3rdAlbum「死にたくない」、4th Album「ある日気がつく、同じ顔の奴ら」、2021年 5th Album「Just Scratch The Surface」をリリース。歌・ギター・ピアノ・ドラム・ベース・サックス・トランペットの編成を基本に、プログレ・ジャズ・ロックを基調とし変拍子を取り入れた音楽を展開。主催イベント「スキマ産業/スキマアワー」では、廃校・ライブハウスを舞台に、UA、ジム・オルーク、THA BLUE HERB、山本精一、大友良英、向井秀徳、トクマルシューゴ、downy、高野寛、二階堂和美、キセル、石橋英子、タテタカコ、predawn、テニスコーツ、コトリンゴ、MUSIC FROM THE MARSといった多種多様なアーティストを招聘し続けている。2021年「dodone」MUSIC VIDEOが、世界４大アニメフェスオタワ国際アニメーション映画祭の特集プログラム”New Tool Who Dis? Tactility in the Digital Age”選出、プラハのPrague Music Video AwardsでBest Asian Music Vide受賞。

The Kitsune no Yomeiri has built a formidable discography, releasing their 1st album Itsumodori no Sekai no Owari and 2nd album Fukan-seyo, Getsuyobi via Gyuune Cassette, followed by their 3rd album Shinitakunai and 4th album Aruhi Kigatsuku, Onajigao no Yatsura through P-VINE RECORDS. In 2021, they released their 5th album, Just Scratch The Surface.

Centered around a rich ensemble of vocals, guitar, piano, drums, bass, saxophone, and trumpet, the band explores a unique sonic landscape—blending progressive rock, jazz, and rock influences with intricate odd-time signatures.

As organizers of the event series "Sukima Sangyo / Sukima Hour," they have hosted an eclectic array of legendary artists in unconventional venues like former schools and live houses. Collaborators and guests have included UA, Jim O'Rourke, THA BLUE HERB, Seiichi Yamamoto, Yoshihide Otomo, Hidenori Mukai, Shugo Tokumaru, downy, Hiroshi Takano, Kazumi Nikaido, KICELL, Eiko Ishibashi, Takako Tate, Predawn, Tenniscoats, Kotringo, and MUSIC FROM THE MARS.

Their artistic reach extends into visual media; the music video for "dodone" (2021) was selected for the special program "New Tool Who Dis? Tactility in the Digital Age" at the Ottawa International Animation Festival—one of the world’s big four animation festivals. It also won Best Asian Music Video at the Prague Music Video Awards.
