Über Rougarou
Founded in New Orleans in 2016, Rougarou is a four-piece Blues rock band known for its “sexy blues” sound. Dedicated to its New Orleans roots, the band is named for the legendary werewolf of Cajun folklore. Rougarou weaves together elements of funk, soul, blues, and rock to create its unique Creole voice. The band’s members bring the feel of the bayou to life in their debut album, Gris Gris, which features sultry vocals, commanding guitar riffs, and original lyrics.
