There are not enough stars available to adequately describe Brian Culbertson’s performance at the North Carolina Museum of Art! He and his band not only put on a show, they made the audience leave with a smile on their face and a warm feeling in their heart! Brian and the band played for nearly 2 hours never missing a beat and playing a mixture of his old and brand new songs! If you’ve never seen him perform live, take my word for it, you will NOT be disappointed. Take it from a 4 time show attendee in the past 2 years! He’s worth it!

It was great. I have been wanting to see Brian and his band for a very long time, so when I received notice last year that he would be in Thousand Oaks, CA in 2024, I immediately texted my daughter to order tickets before they ran out. I turned 88 years old on March 9, 2024, so this was the beginning of my birthday celebrations. In spite of my sciatic pain, when they played "Get Up,' I was right there with them, swaying and waving my hands. It was an electrifying show. I am so very glad I was able to go. My 27 year old granddaughter who went with my daughter and me, wasn't familiar with his music, but she certainly did have a marvelous experience. My daughter was "WOO WOOING." I watch him on YouTube, on the Friday night show, when it's on. I wanted them to play & sing "It's Friday Night," but since the performance at Kavli Theater was on Thursday night, I guess that's why they didn't do it. I especially liked the music with the deep down bass and the lighting was terrific. Anyone in doubt about going, let go of your fears and attend. You won't regret it. I promise you.

One of the best shows I’ve seen in a really long time. I have seen Brian Culbertson a few other times when I lived in the SF Bay Area in the early 2000’s. We don’t get much smooth jazz around here in SLO and it was a Tuesday night but I didn’t care. I was going even if I had to go alone! All the musicians were outstanding. We'd not heard of the Historic Elsinore Theatre until we looked into tickets for Brian Culbertson only weeks earlier from The Friday Night Hang. Having been on his cruise in 2007, and up at Jazz Alley in Seattle a few times, we were not disappointed! Brian and his band are entertainers extraordinaire. At 6'2" I soon felt cramped in the tightly situated seat, but wife is 4' 8" so she was comfortable in her seat. Not really a problem for me though, because we could freely stand up to "groove to the music" So glad they came to Oregon, and we'll keep an eye out for future events! I am almost without words! He was fantastic and beyond!❤️❤️ Being a senior citizen, I have to be careful about money. I am a Smokey Robinson fan to the T and usually I just go see Smoke. But I have added Brian to my must see list. He had my 77 year old husband doing the boogie! What a great night we had. Be sure to tell him thank you for us and we will see him again. Outstanding concert at The Lyric. Have had the pleasure of seeing Brian in multiple venues and he always puts on a phenomenal show. It is truly a joy to watch his high energy and love for playing music. His band was so tight and you could tell they were having fun together. Patches Stewart was his guest and he is an incredibly talented horn player. If you have not seen Brian play make sure you don’t miss his Trilogy tour.

Parking was terrible at The Palladium Theater. There were a few parking spots left in the lot adjacent to the theater at 8:15, the attendant would not allow me to park, stating, that the empty spots were for the handicap patrons, even though the show had already began! After searching for 20 minutes and for blocks away for a spot, I ended up parking approx. 9 blks away in the movie theater parking garage. Walking that distance alone in the dark. I will not attend an event at The Palladium Theater again, they simply do not have enough parking to handle their ticket buyers! As far as Brian Culbertson and his band, it was mesmerizing and simply great entertainment! I'd go to see him again and again!

Well I paid $500 and something dollars for what I thought on my wife's birthday would be Brian Culbertson but he just hosted the show on tonight and they played the saxophone a little bit my wife really wanted to see Brian Culbertson I guess maybe I should research it better but I thought I had looked at it I didn't know the whistles I've seen The whispers many of times and so we were a little disappointed but the show was very good

We had a marvelous time. My second show. Saw him at One World in Austin several years ago and this show even rivaled that one. I am a long time fan me and my wife and made this a special weekend to see him. If he ever is nearby we will always go. The supporting Musicians were all amazing in their own right also. It was absolutely off the chain! Brian Culbertston never disappoints! The show was sonically and aesthetically fulfilling. The way he and the band share the music with the audience is incomparable. The music was a combination of the latest albums, The Trilogy, and a few of his memorable compositions from his decades-long career. You, the fan, felt as if Brian, through his performance, has given his all to you! We were fortunate enough to have VIP tix and witnessed his mastery during the soundcheck. The concert was off the hook. He tore the roof off. I had a great time and from where I was sitting so did everyone else. I met some really nice people and enjoyed talking to them about all the artists. It was so nice to see Patches Stewart, and Reshawn. Enjoyed them on the smooth jazz cruise also. Brian is a fantastic performer. love his shows.!!!!!

An unforgettable night - what a concert Brian Culbertson and his team delivered! The best concert performance we have ever attended, which are many! Brian is so personable and connects with his audience continuously. Brian is truly a gifted musician - he’s the real deal! Look forward to the next time that we get to see him in concert - this was our second time seeing him. If you have the opportunity to see Brian and his team, jump on it! This was a high energy jazz, funk and fusion performance - unlike anything we have seen before!

The show was fantastic, 5 stars! I had a fantastic seat in the 2nd row center stage. When Brian was signing he was only about 8 feet away from me. The band sounded great. I also saw Brian at the Park Theater in Cranston on the Colors of Love Tour. A few years before that he did a fantastic show at Mohegan Sun Wolf Den. Grant

My wife and I are 71yrs old. We took our 38 yr old son and his wife. It was spectacular! They were dazzled. I've seen Brian in concert all over the western US, and he has never disappointed with his precision, his showmanship, his well-rehearsed and colorful sets, his guests, and his own amazing talent. No one impresses and delights as well as he does. I won't miss him if/when he comes to Arizona again. Thank you Brian!

First, off I'd like to say that Brian & his Band always puts on a Great show, But the 136-year-old Santander Performing Arts Center is way too Small for Brian's equipment and Band, I actually have hearing loss and I have to wear my hearing aids to most places that I go to, but I Never wear them to his shows, especially when he plays at the Santander Performing Arts Center. When we go to see him play at this venue I always have to put wax earplugs in my ears because it is soooo Loud! We like his shows much better when he performs at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in West Reading, which is a much larger Venue. The other thing that we don't like is Death Ray Lights that he uses during his shows that blinds the audience! I guess I will have to start wearing dark sunglasses to his shows!

Concert was amazing! Brian did not disappoint and far exceeded what I expected! His skills on the keyboard blew me away! He has been top of my bucket list for a while. First encountered his music on a long plane ride. I fell in love immediately. Brian is my guy. When I am low, he uplifts me, when I am upset, he calms me down, when I feel like a party, he has what I need, even for when I want to get in the mood for you know what. His music is everything to me. I totally connect with him. Had tickets for 2020 but concert was canceled due to covid. Traveled all the way from NJ to see him perform. Him and the band electrified the night, had me grooving to his music, was well worth the drive! Can't wait to see him again! I SO LOVE ❤️ BRIAN!

Absolutely Amazing!!! Brian is by far the best in the industry. His energy is electrifying he knows how to captivate his audience and leave them in total awe. His talents are immense he can play several instruments. His band members are equally talented. I love how he gives each band member moments throughout the show to shine and display to the audience how great they can play their instruments. I would highly recommend everyone to attend a Brian Culbertson concert prepare to be amazed and astonished.

The concert was amazing! I loved Josh Vietti, he’s a hell of a jazz violinist. After him came Najee and that man can play Soprano Sax. Following him came him was Norman Brown; he crushed it playing bass. Then came Brian Culbertson. If you’ve never seen him in concert you owe it to yourself to go see him.
