Every Harley Poe show is a great show. Numerous times I have seen them and interacted with the band. Joe is a very creative songwriter. Never a letdown with a high-energy show. It's one of my top 5 . It's hard to explain but well worth the ticket price.

Harley Poe is hard to sum up. They’re a band that’s somehow better live than the fantastic albums they release, and also better than the last time you saw them live. Very few bands have music that absolutely does not judge you at all as a fan or as a person, but everyone who’s felt alienated and weird has a place with the characters and scenes that Harley Poe joyously and frenetically paints with copious amounts of gallows humor. Songs with self-congratulating killers and nihilistic, necrophilic sadists never felt so triumphant and affirming. You may be biased in their favor if you paint your nails, really did wear your sister’s clothes when you were young, and or are a gorehound, hell bound horror movie lover or a werewolf. PS. Joe’s art, which is all over their music and merch, is “gore-geous.” PPS. Amigo the Devil was also brilliant and fits better on a bill with HP than any other act I’ve heard.
