How impressing it is, that such a small human being is able to create so much power & force out of so quiet & deep music. Even 2 days later I can feel the music.

Absolutely breathtaking. I would give this concert a 10000/10. Everyone was so emotional and you could hear the feelings behind every song. Amazing concert.
Boston, MA@Royale Boston
Absolutely amazing could not have asked for a better show and a better opening act they played my favorite song (medicine) and I am so happy. I love this artist and hope to go again the next time they're here

most emotional concert i have ever been to, i've never felt so connected to music as i did last night at this show. the moment elena started crying and stopped singing, i pretty much lost it. no concert will ever compare to the amazing experience i had at this one.

They were amazing!! So glad they decided to come back to NYC after playing the NationalSawdust it was well worth the wait to see them live. Elena's voice is just as enchanting live as it is on iTunes

i love daughter and think they're very talented. I felt like the used strobes a bit much though and the feedback mace it hard to hear the vocals

This was, for me, the third Daughter show. And for sure the best one! Everybody in the audience was quiet, Elena was relaxed and the venue is one of the nicest.

I first saw Daughter back in August 2013 when they were part of the support for Sigur Rós at Jodrell Bank and I was immediately a fan.The delicate beauty of the songs, delivered by the apparently fragile Elena Tonra, struck me to the core and I made a mental note to keep a very close eye on their progress. What a journey it's been since. I've seen Daughter five times now, with the last gig coming just days after the Bataclan attack last year, in the spiritual setting of St John-in-Hackney. When the crowd took over the singing of "Youth", there were many wet eyes to be seen and a very special moment had occurred - the triumph of love, beauty and art over hatred, terror and fear.Coming to the Brixton Academy last night, I was reminded of the emotional response Public Service Broadcasting had to play a sold out set at this venue - Daughter clearly felt the same sense of achievement. The addition of a horn section and other supporting musicians to augment the normally sparse sound generated by the three, something that is fraught with risk, but sensationally pulled off with confident aplomb. The endearing shyness Elena displays on stage - where she often seems staggered by the adulation and love her fans have for the songs - was matched by brilliant technique and consummate singing. They never put a foot wrong and I felt those wet eyes more than once durability the set.One minor gripe - the absence of "Amsterdam" from the listing. But as I went home listening to "Shallows" on hard repeat, that little omission was quickly forgotten.A gig I will never forget.

Amazing concert! The music was beautiful and the performance was stunning. Elena's voice was chilling and beautiful and Igor and Remi did amazing as well! I would give anything to go again!

The most incredible night. As expected Daughter were wonderful, also engaging and funny, plus singing along with Youth was a moment I won't forget. Loved the support band Pixx too, new to me and I've listened to a lot of their music today.

I don't know how to describe what happened in my heart and soul. Unbelievably surreal experience and such a treat to be able to listen to them live.

Simply breathtaking. Daughter's mystique shrouded the venue completely. Elena's haunting voice made it impossible to keep your eyes off her. With each heart rendering lyric reaching deeper and deeper into my soul. Feelings of despair, melancholy, emptiness swelling up inside. A truly awe inspiring band, with a sonically pleasing landscape. Not to Disappear, they didn't just that. There is strength in vulnerability and it is so effortless expressed through Elena Tonra.

Never cried at a concert before, completely beautiful! That and Wilson's lead singer definitely signed my ticket for me via my girlfriends request, it was phenomenal, thank you. ❤️😘👌

in love with her voice and she really did deliver performance wise, as well as being incredibly sweet and grateful for applause etc. anyhow i wish she wouldve played more of her older songs seeing as i hardly know any of her new songs (seriously, i only knew about 5 songs out of the 18 she played). the atmosphere was pretty bad since none (and i mean, none) of the people in the crowd sang along, and when i asked my friend what song was playing, i got shushed by multiple people ?? wyd at a concert??????? ANYHOW daughter is extremely talentedbut i just didnt enjoy it as much as i couldve

The Daughter gig was incredibly beautiful. Elena's voice and talent are completely out of this world. The support act from Brisbane, Australia, Vancouver Sleep Clinic, were truly amazing and hypnotic with their rising vocals and spectacular melodies. They definitely have a new fan in me.

the ONLY reason I'm taking away half a star is because for some reason (apparently by band's request) front row couldn't take pictures or video. I was able to sneak a couple shots anyway but a girl next to me wasn't as lucky. A venue manager came and asked her to hand over her professional camera or she'd be escorted outside by an officer. I just think that was very unnecessary and am sure it ruined that girl's night. other than that the show was absolutely amazing! loved it!
Houston, TX@Fitzgerald's
I loved it. They were really humble and cute, unnecessarily so sometime because their music is wonderful and amazing to listen to. I thought they were beter live than recorded
Amsterdam, Netherlands@Paradiso Grote Zaal
I had normal expectations but was blown away by her/their performance. The way they owned the instruments (guitar with the violin bow for example)Just an amazing show. Can't wait to See them again
